The learning curve to build this unique equipment took more than 35 years. Testing and developing micro-integrated circuits and integrated systems were the key concerns, as they could deliver reliable, continuous energy to create an ‘energetic adhesive disk’.
The engineers who worked with me on this project were specialists in sonic and ultrasonic weapons for the U.S. government. At the time, they were focusing on specific lethal frequencies and had a wide supply of U.S. government-approved bio-frequencies designed to balance the human body, though these were never utilized.
The Materials
The main feature of this technology is the disk’s top layer, made from a 2-mil Mylar/Vinyl substrate. This material is manufactured exclusively for us and contains enough crystalline and carbon elements to maintain a strong frequency charge from our equipment, which you understand is confidential company information. The base or bottom layer is an adhesive material produced by 3M. It is antibacterial, waterproof, latex-free medical tape, and FDA-approved for skin application.
History of Multiple Wave Frequency
The equipment used to infuse or program the energy disks is called an Accelerator Frequency Generator (AFG), which shares some characteristics with Lakhovsky’s Multiple Wave Oscillator. Lakhovsky was the first to identify the double helix, now known as DNA. He determined that all living cells—plants, humans, bacteria, parasites, and others—have attributes typically associated with oscillating electrical circuits.
The Accelerator Frequency Generator (our equipment)
The Accelerator Frequency Generator (AFG) is a powerful device that has been modified for a wide range of multi-programming applications. Connected to the (AFG) by coaxial cables is a large vacuum control box. This vacuum control box removes the interior atmosphere, reducing it to .05 PSI, while the disks are being programmed. This enables the (AFG) to send specific (frequencies) into the box without the interference of normal atmospheric noise, which could disrupt programming.
After programming is complete, the disks are transformed into portable adhesive energy disks to improve everyday life. Dr. Royal Raymond Rife (1888 – 1971) was an American inventor and early exponent of high-magnification time-lapse cine-micrography.
Some years ago, Dr. Royal Raymond Rife accomplished some incredible progress in this field of medicine that, unfortunately, was not picked up by today’s medical community. Georges Lakhovsky (1869 – 1942) was a Belarusian French engineer, scientist, author, and inventor.
What Lakhovsky discovered was truly astonishing: He hypothesized that all living cells—whether in plants, humans, bacteria, or parasites—have properties like those found in electronic circuits. These cellular properties include resistance, capacitance, and inductance. When these three electrical characteristics are properly arranged, they can cause the continuous creation or oscillation of high-frequency Sine/Cosine waves, provided they are sustained by a small, steady external energy source at the right frequency. This phenomenon is known as resonance.
In electronics, circuits that generate these recurring sines waves are often called electromagnetic resonators but are more commonly known as oscillators. Lakhovsky explains that not only do all living cells produce and emit oscillations at very high frequencies, but they also receive and respond to oscillations imposed upon them from external sources. These external sources of radiation or oscillations result from cosmic rays that continuously bombard the Earth. This remarkable discovery, made during the golden age of radio, not only led to a new method of healing through high-frequency waves but also expanded appreciation for the emerging field of hidden science called Radionics or Radiesthesia.
Lakhovsky’s name and achievements probably would have remained unknown in America if it weren’t for Dr. Robert Beck’s efforts. In 1963, Bob discovered an original Lakhovsky MWO stored in the basement of a well-known hospital in southern California. He managed to access the machine and opened it up to see what was inside. He also examined Lakhovsky’s US patent for the Multi-Wave Oscillator (US patent # 1,962,565).
He then wrote a series of articles published in the Borderlands Journal explaining how the MWO worked. Several people started building their own MWOs based on Beck’s articles in Borderlands. Later, in 1986, Borderlands published a comprehensive manual called The Lakhovsky Multiple Wave Oscillator Handbook, which was updated and revised in 1988, ’92, and ’94.
Fritz-Albert Popp (born 1938 in Frankfurt am Main, Germany) is a German researcher in biophysics.
Professor Popp’s research confirms the existence of biophotons. These massless particles of light transmit information within and between cells. His work demonstrates that DNA in living cells stores and releases photons, creating “biphotonic emissions” that may hold the key to health and illness.
Popp’s eight books and more than 150 scientific journal articles and studies examine fundamental questions in theoretical physics, biology, complementary medicine, and biophotons. Bio photonics is a branch of quantum biology that studies interactions between single photons and biological matter to understand how cells and tissues in living organisms function. It is probably the best approach to understanding cellular activity by integrating molecular processes in living cells. Fritz-Albert Popp is the inventor of biophoton theory and coined the term biophotons, which refers to coherent photons emitted by biological organisms.
